The building is great with new facilities (gym, community room, laundry to name a few) and a great team that's always approachable and happy to help. Yes, at times there's noise or a problem with the rubbish, but any issues are being dealt with in a fast, professional manner. Sascha and his team not only take care of anything related with your apartment, but are just a bunch of friendly, extremely helpful people.

Think about a time that you got scammed and multiply this by three. This is the definition of ilive for me. They find a various ways to milk you in every aspect. Deposit? Hahah you get the fraction of it! Any broken things or cleaning? You gotta pay it yourself! They promote gym but gym is as tiny as it gets! They promote events but there is nothing in the event. Just some chips You pay around 9 euros for washing and drying They increase the price every year. So if you are really desperate to find a place I guess you can go. However, I would avoid this place in any cost!

I've been living here for a year, and the environment is truly friendly and amazing, especially since Renatus, the community manager, is one of the best and kindest managers I've ever met in my life.

The only good thing about this place is the location and the beach volleyball court hence two stars. It’s just an overpriced,furnished apartment with lots of of issues faced by the building tenants mainly with internet. Best to come here temporarily and then search for a new apartment with a permanent contract. Not recommended for longer stay.

Also Lage ist echt Top der Rest Schrott, hart gesagt aber leider wahr wir buchen für 3 Personen und die dritte Person bekommt so ein ungemütliches Klappbett siehe Bild was echt traurig ist auf Wunsch einer weiteren Matratze oder Decke wurde zugesagt aber haben wir nie bekommen die Frau an der Rezeption einfach unfreundlich schon wenn man vor der Tür steht guckt sie als hätte sie kein Bock eigentlich müsste man für die 3.person das Geld wieder bekommen weil es für denn preis einfach traurig ist sowas zu liefern Kann ich keinen empfehlen und telefonisch auch Katastrophe.
