I've been living here for a year, and the environment is truly friendly and amazing, especially since Renatus, the community manager, is one of the best and kindest managers I've ever met in my life.
Great building, a great concept, and a beautiful location. Amazing experience overall.
I lived here for 4 years and I liked the community and the service provided by the managers. The neighbors are young and friendly, easy to make friends here if you are new in Berlin cause here hosts often events. My room was a nice studio with a big balcony, with a fitted kitchen. I would say living there was very pleasant.
The only good thing about this place is the location and the beach volleyball court hence two stars. It’s just an overpriced, furnished apartment with lots of of issues faced by the building tenants mainly with internet. Best to come here temporarily and then search for a new apartment with a permanent contract. Not recommended for longer stay.
I must highlight the easy apartment application process, friendliness of the staff, and high quality of the apartments. There is also a gym, a volleyball court, and communal areas (even a cool rooftop) in this apartment complex. My stay here was a very pleasant one.
Finally moving in into iLive was the best decision I ever made when I first came to Berlin a year ago. Looking for an apartment is a major headache, as most can attest to this. But from the moment I discovered iLive and applied, the process from the beginning was smooth, nice and easy. Granted, I remember signing the contract before I got my first viewing 😁, and seeing the place in reality, even though it was not completed at that time, was quite…
hi !! how much is the rent per month for a single room in berlin at your place?
Nora is the best! She organises amazing parties and is really friendly and approachable when we have questions!
If you are a student or a young professional, this is the best price quality ratio you can find in Berlin!
Definetely a good place to stay. Ideal for students, expats who recently moved to Berlin. They don’t require excessive documentation, super friendly in communication. I enjoyed my time at i-live I’m holding back 1 star because rent should be a little lower for what you get.
Great co-living space: Nice modern rooms with a small but top notch en suite and kitchen, balcony, lots of storage space, nice lights, and a very friendly and helpful property manager (Nora). Includes a gym (unfortunately a bit too small tho), community spaces and parcel storage for when you can't pick sth up. Grocery stores nearby (Rewe, Penny). Bus stop right across, 12min walk from the next U-Bahn station. Only con is that it's not in a vibran…
