Die Filiale kann ich nur weiterempfehlen . Kundenorientiert , kompetent und eine sehr schnelle Lösung für mein Problem gefunden. Bedanke mich beim ganzen Team , vor allem beim Auszubildenden K.Ö . Wurde als Kundin sehr gut beraten .

Ich bin durch Zufall in diese Filiale geraten, weil ich eh am Alex war und finde, dieser Shop hat zwei ganz besondere Vorteile: Die Lage und die Mitarbeiterin Frau R.-Meyer. Old german manager-looking guy was very dismissive. Told me to come back in 30 minutes because their system was still offline, when i went there at 10:10(it opens 10:00, so how would the system be offline?) But fine, it can happen. Quite racist behavior asking me to first learn German and then come to the store. Every other Vodafone shop I have been to in Berlin I have had very good customer service except for this one at Alexanderplatz. I suggest everyone to go to the next closest one at Alexa Mall, they have very helpful employees.

Went to the store yesterday (30.11.2024) at lunchtime for a consultation. Absolutely dissatisfied with the level of service. The consultant who met me at the door was immediately rude, as I spoke English. I always thought that the times of Nazism were over, but not everyone does. My mood was ruined immediately. I went there for a repair service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Repair was quick and effective. I got the service appointment in short notice but one can go without it. I strongly recommend the repair service of Vodafone. They can also repair phones without Vodafone contract
