Also rundherum toller Service. Das Produkt macht nur Spass und läuft direkt alles nach dem anschalten. Ein kleines Handbuch dazu wäre nett, aber auch nur nice to have. Support hilft, sehr freundlich. Produkt und Service machen einfach noch Spass und ein gutes Gefühl ein deutsches Unternehmen zu unterstützen und zu kaufen. Ich bin gespannt, wie ich mein Busines damit hinbekomme nach über 20 Jahren Apple.
Ich habe mein Problem dem kompetent und freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Telefon Service geschildert. Nach kurzer Zeit bekam ich eine E-Mail mit einer genauen Schritt für Schritt Anleitung (sogar nach der Garantiezeit). Damit konnte ich mein Problem lösen. Besser und schneller geht es nicht. I had higher expectations for the laptop that I bought: While it does feel sturdy and well-built, it had issues and had to be sent back for repair. Customer care, while somewhat helpful, was cold and not particularly interested in solving my case. I do not feel like I got my money's worth. I would not buy again, to be completely honest.
