Wir hatten schon öfter Angestellte der Firma bei uns in der Wohnung wegen diversen Elektrikproblemen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Handwerker, als auch das Personal am Telefon sind immer sehr nett und super professionell gewesen. Terminvergabe klappt auch immer wunderbar und außerdem kriegt man auch schnell einen Termin! Ich kann die Firma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Leider hat sich unser Bauträger bei der Vergabe der Elektroinstallation für die Firma Müller entschieden. Seit Fertigstellung im November 2020 wohnen wir nun im Objekt und genauso lange wird versucht die Außenbeleuchtung der Wohnanlage in Gang zu bringen. Im Moment brennen die Lampen entweder dauerhaft, sprich auch tagsüber oder fallen aus. Die Firma Müller ist seit fast ZWEI!!! Jahren nicht in der Lage dieses Problem ordentlich und dauerhaft zu lösen! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Terrible purchase support: "We are helpless and cannot do anything" I have been a Linux enthusiast since  the early days of Slackware; the products this company offer are alluring; I like the idea of hardware built from scratch for Linux (vs built for W$ndows but compatible with Linux) but multiple attempts to purchase a single higher end notebook via Amazon pay have failed, paypal is not an option and I will not prepay for an international transaction. Tuxedo is no help in making this transaction complete. Reply to response from the owner: I did mention ALL 3 (count them 3! ways to pay!) methods that Tuxedo can take payment for this international transaction; ALL 3 have a blocking issue. And to your point, I disagree: This IS the appropriate venue to discuss the shortcomings of Tuxedo Computers. When I have invested a week trying to make an order go thru and have not succeeded for whatever reason, Tuxedo deserves a negative review.
