Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich unglücklicherweise eine Cola auf meinem Laptop verschüttet, ich habe ihn am nächsten Tag hier abgegeben und zwei Tage später hatte ich meinen Laptop wieder. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem schnellen Service und der Reparatur des Laptops, und ich möchte mich auch bei dem freundlichen Chef bedanken. Allerdings war die Reparatur teurer als erwartet, so dass ich von nun an nur noch Nudeln essen werde, hahaha.

Leider habe ich persönlich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dieser Fa.gemacht,aber da dies die Vertragswerkstatt von dem Hersteller bei dem ich meine Waschmaschine gekauft habe. Nachdem ich erst telefonisch hingehalten wurde erlaubte ich mir eine schlechte Rezension zu schreiben, daraufhin wurde meinem Mann mitgeteilt das ich erstmal die negative Rezension zurück nehmen muss bevor wir einen Termin für die Reparatur bekommen könnten. Als ich dies dann tat bekam ich dann zwar einen Termin,musste aber wieder warten weil man der Meinung war,man müsste gleich die ganze Tür(die erst bestellt werden muss)austauschen obwohl nur ein kleiner Schalter defekt war,was wir Wochen voher bereits per Email und Fotos der Fa. mitteilten. Letztendlich kontaktierte ich erneut den Hersteller und dieser kleine Schalter wurde endlich ausgetauscht.

I was very happy to be able to order my Tuxedo Gemini 15 Gen 2, a powerful laptop which runs Linux natively, from a nice European country that I was looking forward to being able to support. I use it for work, gaming and creative purposes. Linux gets out of the way, it makes me feel the way I felt when I was young and using my Commorde and later PC, before the time when large corporations monopolized home PC usage and handed everything over to AI and data collection services. My Tuxedo is mine, mine to play around with. Tuxedo Computers treat their customers really well, the technical support is very quick and friendly, ordering happens smoothly, the packaging is nice and the products are solid. If you want to support a European company that builds and sells dedicated Linux home PCs, and that really takes care of their customers, then you should certainly look into buying a Tuxedo device.

Terrible purchase support: "We are helpless and cannot do anything" I have been a Linux enthusiast since the early days of Slackware; the products this company offer are alluring; I like the idea of hardware built from scratch for Linux (vs built for W$ndows but compatible with Linux) but multiple attempts to purchase a single higher end notebook via Amazon pay have failed, paypal is not an option and I will not prepay for an international transaction. Tuxedo is no help in making this transaction complete. Reply to response from the owner: I did mention ALL 3 (count them 3! ways to pay!) methods that Tuxedo can take payment for this international transaction; ALL 3 have a blocking issue. And to your point, I disagree: This IS the appropriate venue to discuss the shortcomings of Tuxedo Computers. When I have invested a week trying to make an order go thru and have not succeeded for whatever reason, Tuxedo deserves a negative review.
