We really enjoyed our staying. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The only thing that bothered us was the room temperature. At night it was getting hot. I strongly recommend light nightwear!!!

Our stay at Schwan Locke was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The entire hotel experience is curated perfectly, with a kitchenette, great hotel gym and self service laundry that is free for guests to use (they even provide washing powder). Muy cerca del centro, metros, bus y estación central todo a 7 minutos. Lugar tranquilo. Muy bien equipado ya que tiene cocina con horno y lavavajillas, todo lo necesario si quieres comer allí. Cama con buen colchón y esolendodas almohadas. Baño justo y suficiente. La recepción no hablan nada de español. El restaurante del lugar no acudí no me llamo la atención enfocado a bebidas y pasta. Recomendable. Muy bueno calidad precio.

It is true that so far we do not have a member of the reception team that can speak spanish, what I can say is that our range of languages although big, doesn't cover all of them. We love lock hotels because of the space and convenience in the apartment. 20-30min walk to Marienplatz, 10-15min to Hbf station.

1000/10, seriously. Where do I even begin.
Room (I got the Locke Studio) was SO spacious, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped, with a small kitchen, breakfast nook (with a velvet couch!), and flat-screen TV. Literally everything one could need. I have no idea whatsoever how they can charge so (relatively) little, yet still make a profit. My friends/family were utterly dumbfounded that I paid less than 100 euros a night.

Es war ein sehr geräumiges grosses Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Was mich sehr gestört hat: man musste englisch sprechen und das in Deutschland !!!!

Selbstverständlich achten wir sehr darauf, dass zu jeder Zeit, einer unserer fließend deutsch sprachigen Mitarbeiter vor Ort an der Rezeption ist. Natürlich werden wir auch darauf mehr Augenwerk legen... oder in diesem Fall Ohrenwerk :)

Готель просто супер: гарні та чисті номери, які обладнані всім необхідним (кухня, праска та дошка, фен, є телевізор який без проблем можна підʼєднати до смартфона чи ноутбука). Зручні ліжка та матраси. Тихо. Продумано все до дрібниць. Навіть є магніт для того шоб закрити годинник на плиті під час сну). Думав буде холодно вночі, але було досить тепло. Був наявний коврик для йоги.
Персонал великі молодці. Дуже приємні люди. Дарія, дякую вам.

wie es mir scheint, warst du sehr zufrieden mit unserem Hotel. Das ist natürlich sehr schön zu hören! Dass das Frühstück nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprach, ist natürlich sehr bedauerlich.
Was allerdings den Preis angeht, haben wir darauf nicht den größten Einfluss, da Essen sowie Getränke von einer externen Firma gehandhabt werden. Wir werden unserem Partner mitteilen, dass es in diesem Bereich Probleme gab, und bedanken uns für deine ehrliche Meinung sowie die Möglichkeit, dies dadurch zu verbessern.
Es würde uns sehr freuen, wenn du uns noch eine weitere Chance geben würdest. Wir werden auch bei deinem nächsten Aufenthalt unser Bestes geben, um deinen Erwartungen zu entsprechen und dir bei einem weiteren Besuch eine schöne Erfahrung bieten.
