Edit 11.06.25: Wie geil seid ihr denn? Ich komme wieder und was sehe ich? Ein Squat und Bench Press rack. Eins der top Hotels in München. Originales Review: Bin beruflich häufig in München und wähle dieses Hotel gerne. Sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist auch sehr praktisch. Es gibt einen Balkon zum Innenhof welcher sehr schön ausgestattet ist. Der Fitnessraum ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet für Kraftsport. Einzig ein Squad und Benchpressrack würde dem Raum noch hervorragend stehen. Kleines Manko ist das Frühstück welches nicht sehr üppig ist.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Schwan Locke regarding a mistaken reservation. Despite explaining the error and providing context, my request for flexibility with cancellation fees or a refund or change in dates was not accommodated. The staff at reception when I called them stating this error was extremely rude n unempathetic. As a repeat customer who has always had positive experiences and recommended the hotel to others, I was surprised by the rigid policy. I hope the management will consider reviewing their policies to better serve customers in similar situations. *Overall Experience:* While the hotel's amenities and service are top-notch, the inflexibility with bookings was a significant letdown & I shall never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. The rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is conveniently located 50 meters from a metro station, 5 minutes walking from the Main Train station and 10 minutes walking from Marienplatz. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment itself was nice; however, we found that charging 10 Euro per day to turn on the air conditioning (on a 360 Euro per night stay) seemed rather cheap and petty. As well, a 300 Euro damage deposit was requested in addition to the total cost of the stay. It was agreed that the deposit would be returned within 7 days of the completion of the stay. We left the apartment immaculate. After 10 days I contacted Werner about the deposit and received no response. After two weeks I threatened legal action and only then was the deposit returned.
