Cambridge Academic Exam Review I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the level of service provided by this institute during my Cambridge Academic Exam. My examination was in the tiny room, about 20 sq m, with circa 15 people in it. It was no air, also I was heavily disrupted by the noise and vibration of the constantly opening and closing the door. Literally, I counted 5 times within only 15 min, as their controller was extremely dedicated to check on everyone and everything. While I was sitting right next to the door, this constant movement, vibration and noise made it hardly possible to concentrate, when you need to read long and complex texts. I’ve informed her about this and asked kindly to let me change my seat but without any success. This information was also not added to the protocol, while it had to, so I followed with the official email to register it. I’ve got only a formal response stating that the camera in front of me didn’t work, so no proofs of the constant disturbance could be provided. There is no customer support and orientation here, as well as no willingness to admit their mistake or improve and I believe that candidates deserve transparency and proper support when they raise valid concerns. Considering the high cost of the exam, I would expect a much higher standard of service. I sincerely hope no other students have to endure such disturbing conditions, as exams of this nature are very stressful and demanding, requiring focus and a calm environment. I believe in transparency, and potential customers deserve access to honest, experience-based information. Be aware of this entity’s approach, as they appear to prioritize such approach over genuine improvement. I look forward to seeing improvements to ensure a higher quality in the future.

TOTAL UNPROFESSIONELL - Kind für Kurs angemeldet und alles schriftlich bestätigt. Er kommt zum Unterricht und man sagt er sei nicht angemeldet und schickt das Kind wieder nach Hause. Auf Anruf der Eltern kommt kein Rückruf, aber am 2. Tag ein kurzes Email, dass der Kurs mangels Teilnehmer nicht stattfindet. Keine Information dazu vorab. Keine Entschuldigung. Kein Rückruf. Jetzt eine Alternative zu finden ist natürlich zu spät.
