Two stays here. The first one I rated 5 stars. The more recent stay though… Wifi is ridiculously bad even in a room that is very close to the router in the hallway, the bed sheets in both stays always smell like they were forgotten in the washing machine for awhile before being dried.

I spent 5 weeks in 2022 (21.09 - 29.10) in this place and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfy, and the host was super helpful and responsive. But what really made it stand out was the location - it's literally close to everything! There's a supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, U-Bahn station, ice cream shops, a park, and even a laundry facility all within walking distance. It was perfect for me as a first-timer in Germany. I'd highly recommend Couva Boarding House to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. The host is awesome, the rooms are great, and the location is perfect. Really nothing to complain :)

!! Please stop removing negative comments !! Date of Stay: June-2022 Positive: Location Negative: Beds were not in good condition and not hygienic, no soundproof walls, frequently dropping internet, no gym, no transparency on available rooms/dates/prices, nothing. Additional costs like weekly cleaning, final cleaning fee etc are extra. I had paid around 50€ per night for roughly 25sqm2 for 1 month and 180€ final cleaning fee upfront. I had requested cancellation on the very first night due to overall noise but they refused. Conclusion: I would treat myself and not chose here again

Furnestate GmbH provided me a room from September until December 2023. I found them thanks to the HousingAnywhere platform. I stayed on Robert-Mayer-Strasse 19. The room was large, clean, and well equipped. The whole apartment was functional, it was a four persons flat share. The Furnestate Team is reactive and always answered to my questions before and after moving in. They even helped me for different administrative procedures. I highly recommend their service to find an apartment in Frankfurt.

Wurden zu einem Besichtigungstermin in Frankfurt eingeladen. Leider ist unsere Kontaktperson Herr Mambo nicht aufgetaucht. Als wir ihn anschrieben ob er noch komme hat er die Anzeige offline genommen. Nicht sehr elegant so einen Termin abzusagen. Dies hätte im Vorhinein geschehen können und uns eine Anreise erspart. Edit: 1 stern extra für den Effort nach 6 Monaten hierauf zu reagieren.
