I spent 5 weeks in 2022 (21.09 - 29.10) in this place and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfy, and the host was super helpful and responsive. But what really made it stand out was the location - it's literally close to everything! There's a supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, U-Bahn station, ice cream shops, a park, and even a laundry facility all within walking distance. It was perfect for me as a first-timer in Germa

I had the most comfortable stay that when I left I felt I was leaving home. The place is very cozy and the rooms very nicely decorated and clean. Max and the ladies at reception and the cleaning ladies are so friendly and go above and beyond. absolutely recommend

Super gelegen, wir waren letztes jahr im Sommer dort für ein paar Wochen. Die Berger Straße mit seinem flair und vielen Restaurants lädt zum verweilen ein. Das zimmer war super sauber , das parken ist perfekt in der Tiefgarage.

Sehr gute Wohnbedingungen im Zentrum der Stadt. Ich war begeistert, dass man in der Mitte der Stadt so bequem Wohnplatz finden kann! Jedes Apartment ist mit kleine Küche. Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner vorhanden. U-Bahn Merianplatz is 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
