Die Praxis in der Schönhauser Allee kann ich schon empfehlen. Der Termin wurde eingehalten und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und schien auch nicht gehetzt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren Sauber und man schien hier auch auf die Hygiene zu achten. Es gibt natürlich auch Dinge die man optimieren könnte. So muss man mehrmals wieder im Warteraum Platz nehmen ehe es wieder in einen anderen Raum geht. Das Arztgespräch empfand ich als sehr angenehm und er nahm sich auch Zeit. Mir fehlte jedoch die Kostentransparenz. Auf der Webseite wird für den Linsentausch mit Preisen von 2290,€ - max. 3490,-€ pro Auge geworben. Es gab eine Empfehlung bezüglich der Linsen welche eingesetzt werden sollten und es wurde ein Komplettpreis genannt. Wie sich dieser zusammensetzt wurde in keinster Weise erwähnt. Machte auf mich den Eindruck nach reinster Willkür. Die Befunde der Erstuntersuchung wurden leider auch nicht ausgehändigt, somit ist ein Kostenvergleich mit anderen Kliniken leider etwas schwierig. Alles in allem würde ich sie bis hierher jedoch weiterempfehlen. Sollte ich meine OP bei Lasermed machen lassen, so berichte ich dazu hier später.

Zur Arbeit kann ich nichts sagen. Leider.. Zweimal Termin vereinbart, knallhart ohne anzurufen wahllos auf einen anderen Tag und Uhrzeit gelegt. Statt anzurufen oder zu fragen, ob es überhaupt möglich ist. Kommunikation steht leider nicht an erster Stelle..

Sehr professionelle Behandlung durch ein freundliches und hoch erfahrenes Team! Von der ersten Voruntersuchung, über die erfolgreiche Laser Behandlung bis zur Nachuntersuchung lief alles schnell, reibungslos und angenehm ab. Der Eingriff selbst dauert nur wenige Minuten und ist tatsächlich so schmerzfrei wie beschrieben. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Ich und meine Familie sind seit Jahren Patienten dieser Praxis. Letzte Woche habe ich dort angerufen, weil mein Auge plötzlich geschwollen war. Ich benötigte dringend ärztliche Hilfe, da der Grund der Schwellung unklar war. Ich bekam die Auskunft, dass ich weder am gleichen noch am nächsten Tage kommen dürfte. Alle Notfalltermine (was das überhaupt sein soll) seien für Donnerstag und Freitag vergeben. Ich möchte mir doch einen anderen Augenarzt suchen, denn ich sei ja schließlich ein Notfall, den man nicht abweisen könnte. Ich glaubte meinen Ohren nicht zu trauen. Wenn ich also ein Notfall bin, darf man mich nirgendwo abweisen - - außer bei meinem langjährigen Arzt ??? Ich muss allerdings hinzufügen, dass ich nur eine Kassenpatientin bin. Für "private Notfälle", da bin ich mir sicher, hätte man schon Zeit gefunden. Zum Glück bin ich tatsächlich als Notfall in einer anderen Augenarztpraxis angenommen und äußerst freundlich behandelt worden, dies nicht nur durch den Arzt selbst, sondern vom gesamten Praxispersonal. Die Praxis Maus werde ich nicht mehr betreten und erst recht nicht jemanden empfehlen.

Am 03.07.2024 einen Termin zur Untersuchung gehabt für ein Gutachten. Und was soll ich sagen... Personal: 5 Sterne Arzt: 5 Sterne Top!!!

My experience with this eye clinic in the context of a laser surgery was terrible. I am very disappointed in the results of my surgery and in the clinic for doing nothing about it. While the clinic always claimed I had -0,25 and -0,5 under-correction as a result of the operation, the first eye doctor I met with outside of the clinic told me I had -0,75 and 0,25 astigmatism in both eyes. A light strabismus that I had before the operation has also worsened a lot (resulting in double vision), and side-effects from the operation are still persistent 15 months after the surgery (dazzling lights and screens, blurry vision under low and moderate light for instance during cloudy weather). I have been prescribed glasses that I have to year all day long to prevent my strabismus from becoming even worse and all the discomfort I am still experiencing. Needless to say, I wasted my money for nothing. Regarding the service, the price was almost the double as the competition in Berlin but I accepted it hoping that the “#1 Customer Service” and ‘We speak English” promises would make up for it. These were both lies. The clinic’s customer’s service was terrible (when I would complain about my vision, they would answer with medical gaslighting, saying that “I should be very happy with the results and that I had a very good vision“). Customer support was chaotic and unsupportive all the way: my follow-up emails were ghosted, when calling receptionists would endlessly provide different phone numbers to reach out to, which would end being the first phone number I called… I even went to the clinic in person to ask for a receipt once, which they claimed they had send by post, and when I called 2 weeks later because I had not received the receipt, they told me that they were not allowed to send receipts by post and that I had to come in person to get the receipt (?). About the English part, no one in the clinic (receptionists, assistants, doctors) was able to communicate in English except for the surgeon Dr. Pahtzlisch and his colleague Mrs. Pahtzlisch whom I met with about 10 minutes in the whole year I have been involved with the clinic. Everyone else would make me feel bad for not talking German properly.If you’re a recent expat who moved to Germany, do not believe that they will offer any service in English. My summary is: if this clinic fails your operation, you will only be part of the bad statistics for them, and they won’t do anything to help you, just wait until you give up. Avoid at all costs!! Scheduled appointment at 7:30am for driver's licence extension 3 weeks in advance. When I got there, person who said that she is in charge told me that they do not have that service there and they can not help me, without any idea to take responsibility and try to fix that. So I lost 3 weeks because I thought that I had an appointment, instead of going elsewhere and do examination. If you go here, good luck! You're going to need that!
