GoogleThe service was the worst I have ever experienced in Europe. No one helped me, I found the product I needed on my own and when I asked for an invoice they didn't give it to me. They said they didn't have invoices and she wanted to give me a handwritten paper like we were in 1900. At the end they called me stupid and told me to go back to my country. The total cost was around 120€. I lost the tax deduction as EU gave me the right.

GoogleBad service and quality. When trying to get a bad quality product replaced/fixed I was very rudely rejected even though they explicitly sold it with warranty. Edit: The store owner filed a complaint against this review claiming they don't know me, which is not surprising given this is a cash only walk-in business. I recommend investing into service and communication training of your employees + a better warranty policy instead of lawyer.
