Bad service and quality. When trying to get a bad quality product replaced/fixed I was very rudely rejected even though they explicitly sold it with warranty. Edit: The store owner filed a complaint against this review claiming they don't know me, which is not surprising given this is a cash only walk-in business. I recommend investing into service and communication training of your employees + a better warranty policy instead of lawyer.

FRAUD! My parents visited Munich and bought a Samsonite luggage thinking that they have good price offer and business ethics. Unfortunately, it’s proven otherwise. 自從有網頁開始傳這間有世界上最便宜的REMOWA後，現在裡面還有少數三款，價位約在1400歐元左右的鋁殼硬箱。附近四間統一剩下相同款型，該牌便宜的應該都被掃完了。不過其他品牌確實也划算，還有合適紀念品不小心買太多的人，臨時選個大箱也有非常便宜美觀的。退稅記得在19%
Ich war heute dort um mir einen neuen Koffer zu holen. Leider kann ich das Geschäft nicht weiter empfehlen. Koffer Auswahl Vorort war super. Allerdings waren die Verkäufer nicht sehr nett und haben sich ständig angekeift. Zu dem wollte ich eine Beratung zu einem Koffer aber die Dame ging einfach ohne jeglichen Kommentar als eine andere Kunden Sie was fragte. Die Umgangssprache war auch etwas fragwürdig. Das Geschäft war leider auch nicht klimatis…
Keine Erwiderung des Grußes, keine Ahnung (Deuter, was soll das sein? Taschen?) Keine Lust (musste wohl die Theke festhalten) = kein Kauf!
就是在這家被他們一直催促結帳叫我趕快去百貨公司退稅😂 連箱子也不願讓我檢查，當我要求要檢查裡面時女性店員還嘲諷的表示你沒時間退稅了還要看。 但男性店員服務有禮貌，因在第一家看了三天都沒有以後在這裡買了第一個。 百貨四樓的退稅時間其實到19:30，可以不要理會店員的催促。 四家店的商品都不一樣也不同步，建議可以四家都去逛逛。
Very nice and helpful staff. Got the Rimowa Hybrid Cabin Plus in matte blue. They didn't have it in the store so staff went to another store to get it. Price was €690 less %10 discount = €621 less 10% cash discount = €559. Got an additional VAT refund of €60 one month later on my credit card. We left Europe from Rome airport. You need to have the VAT form signed by customs and drop it in the mailbox next to the customs office.
Eine Institution in München! Wer woanders kauft ist selber schuld - vor allem RIMOWA. Trotz der Preise meist freundlich und bemüht. Man weiß doch eh ganz genau was man will, oder?
Auf meiner Suche nach einem bestimmten Kinderrucksack (Klassiker) bin ich nach allen Sportläden hier endlich fündig geworden. Alle Farben vorrätig und der Preis günstiger als online! Man versprach, ihn mir im Lager zu holen und mich anzurufen wenn er an der Kasse zur Abholung bereit liegt. In Coronazeiten perfekt da man nicht im Laden stehen muss und alles blockiert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und den schönen Rucksack von Deuter.
