An extremely bad experience with this company!!! I’ve managed the purchase from the Düren offices of an BMW 430i for a car dealer in Italy. The car was picked up on 28th November 2024. It’s common praxis for export sale to keep the VAT as deposit till the car gets at destination and the buyer sends by email the confirmation of delivery form, signed and stamped. After 10 days as confirmed by them, the deposit should’ve been refunded. The delivery document was emailed to them on 5th of December 2024. TILL THIS DAY, 2 MONTHS AFTER, THE CAR DEALER THAT PURCHASED THE CAR DIDN’T GOT THE DEPOSIT REFUND!!!! On top of this they don’t give us any explanation on why is this happening. They stopped answering my emails and phone calls. We tried solving this through the BMW HEADQUARTERS CUSTOMER SERVICE too, but useless to say nothing was solved. I need to point out that we had many many delays and problems with all the purchase process. Very unprofessional!!! All it’s documented by many exchanged emails. At this point the car dealer in Italy will have to make an official fraud complaint with the German police.

Unmögliche Aussage der Werkstatt!!! Letzte Woche zum Reifenwechsel da gewesen. Einen Tag später ging die Kontrolllampe an. Reifen sind zwar woanders gekauft worden, aber trotzdem zur Fachwerkstatt. Aussage war, das es die falschen Reifen sind und man diese Lampe nicht löschen könnte. Außerdem hätte man mit der Anzeige keinen Versicherungsschutz. Laut Reifenhändler sind es definitiv die richtigen Reifen. Leider zwei Kunden verloren und schlechte Werbung
