Sobald es Probleme gibt, wird man von wunderflats Kollegen einfach geghostet. Nachdem der von wunderflats vermittelte und angeblich auf Bonität geprüfter Mieter kurz vor Einzug den Vertrag wegen Geldprobleme auflösen wollte, hatte ich seit 3 Wochen versucht mit wunderflats Kontakt aufzunehmen. Meine Erfahrung mit Wunderflats war durchweg positiv. Sowohl der Vermieter als auch das Team von Wunderflats waren während des gesamten Prozesses sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Ich habe mich nie allein gelassen gefühlt – alle meine Fragen wurden schnell und verständlich beantwortet. Eine Wohnung in einer neuen Stadt zu finden kann stressig sein, aber dank Wunderflats verlief alles reibungslos. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe meine Wohnung über Wunderflats vermietet, im Vertrauen auf deren Angaben, dass alle Mieter:innen gründlich geprüft würden. Laut Wunderflats wurde die Bonität der Mieterin bestätigt. Doch kurz nach Einzug erklärte sie, dass sie die Miete nicht mehr zahlen könne, und ist einfach ausgezogen, trotz gültigem Mietvertrag. Ich kann leider nur dringend von Wunderflats abraten. Wir haben über Wunderflats eine Wohnung in Wien gebucht, die einen Tag vor Einzug plötzlich nicht verfügbar war. Stattdessen wurde uns eine Ersatzwohnung als "gleichwertig" verkauft, die bei Weitem nicht dem entsprach, was gebucht war. Die Kommunikation war ab diesem Punkt eine Katastrophe – von Wunderflats kam keinerlei aktive Unterstützung, obwohl wir eine Plattformgebühr bezahlt hatten. W

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Two months into my 3 months lease and I can't get any problems resolved still. They just don't respond. Their own customer service phone number has advised me to file a police report for breach of contract and mismanagement. They even accidentally CCd another renter who was also having issues with their support accidentally. Truly a nightmare

Needed to find quickly accommodation and wunderflats helped me with it (although it still depends on the response rate of landlords). During my entire booking process Stefan J helped me and answered all my questions (tbh I didn’t know that there are personal managers so I was very happy about it). I was sceptical first, but I believe you can find some short term apartments there if you search carefully.

From the word go, my experience with Wunderflats has been terrible. First, they gave me instructions to pick up two sets of keys to the flat. These sets of keys I received were different from one another, but I assumed that was because they were for opening different doors.
