Horrible service. I was ghosted by Wunderflats and my apartment company despite Benjamin Dz emailing me daily until I asked for help then asked for a refund. Scam. DO NOT USE WUNDERFLATS
We signed the housing contract and paid €300, but they canceled our reservation last week.now they are not responding to our mails and not helping to book new house.
Good Service, very responsive, quickly respond to emails if you ever need assistance. Their website is very intuitive, even for a foreigner such as myself. Jana was extremely helpful and quick to respond, made the process very easy.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Two months into my 3 months lease and I can't get any problems resolved still. They just don't respond. Their own customer service phone number has advised me to file a police report for breach of contract and mismanagement. They even accidentally CCd another renter who was also having issues with their support accidentally. Truly a nightmare

Needed to find quickly accommodation and wunderflats helped me with it (although it still depends on the response rate of landlords). During my entire booking process Stefan J helped me and answered all my questions (tbh I didn’t know that there are personal managers so I was very happy about it). I was sceptical first, but I believe you can find some short term apartments there if you search carefully.

The issues you describe - from receiving incorrect keys, to the unclean apartment, to the lack of timely support - fall short of the standard we expect from ourselves, especially in cases where Wunderflats Plus is intended to cover coordination of cleaning and maintenance. It’s clear that this did not happen reliably in your case.
