I had a terrible experience with SF Education in Essen. The school’s organization and professionalism are shockingly poor. After enrolling and realizing how unprofessional the environment was, I decided to refund my B1 and B2 courses. I requested a refund on November 14, 2024, but I still haven’t received my money back, despite providing all required documents and following up multiple times. Their communication is terrible; emails and inquiries are ignored, and no effort has been made to resolve the situation. It’s clear that they prioritize money over their students’ satisfaction or well-being. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere at a school that actually cares about providing quality education and treating students with respect. This was such a bad experience that I had to cancel, and now I’m fighting just to get my own money back. Stay away from this school if you value your time and money!
Diese Schule ist die größte Betrugsschule in Deutschland. Meistens ist der Lehrer krank oder die Schule wird renoviert. Zweitens wollten sie mich einen Monat vor Ablauf meines Vertrages mit ihnen aus meiner Wohnung räumen. Drittens kamen sie nicht zurück. Dies betrifft nicht nur mich, sondern alle. Diese Schule ist ein Wunder wenn sie deutsche Pass oder ähnliches Antragen wollen, lieber wo anders. weil ansonsten sie mindestens 2 und halb Monat bis 3 Monaten für einen Ergebnis Warten müssen, die Schule schickt die Unterlagen nicht rechtzeitig bei telc.
Die Schule ist ..... Eine telc Prüfung dauert 3 Monaten obwohl in der Regel nur 6 Wochen dauern muss, der Type in der Schule sammelt die Unterlagen extra, und schick sie nicht Rechtzeitig bei telc, weg von dieser Schule.
Die Schule antwortet nie auf Telefon auch nicht mal eine E-Mail, ich habe meine telc Prüfung seit 2 Monaten abgelegt, kein Ergebnis bis jetzt obwohl bei anderen Schulen dauern nicht mehr als 4 Wochen. Ich empfehle euch nicht eine Prüfung da zu machen.
Weg von dieser Schule, wenn sie ein telc Prüfung machen möchten, lieber wo anders, die Ergebnisse dauern immer 3 Monate

Stell dir vor! Ich warte seit 2023 auf meine Kaution! Und wenn ich das SF-Team frage, gibt es keine Rückzahlung. Wenn ich anrufe oder eine E-Mail schreibe, antworten sie immer mit der gleichen Antwort: ‚In 1-2 Wochen erhalten Sie Ihre Kaution‘ – seit 2023!!!
ich habe sehr sehr viele angerufen und Emails geschrieben wann ich mein Zertifikat erhalten kann. Aber KEINE ANTWORTEN bekomme ich!! Ich habe am 26. Juli die Deutschprüfung B1 abgelegt. Aber es ist mehr als 12 Wochen dass ich meine Ergebnisse immer noch nicht erhalten habe. I am extremely disappointed with the administration of the SF Center. Despite sending two emails and visiting the center in person to provide my information and IBAN, I have still not received my caution after more than seven months.
Really poor experience, due to personal circumstances I was not able to take the course and asked for a cancellation. I was told there is a fee for this, not a problem. But… Till this day, already half a year passed, I didn’t receive any refund. I visited their facility multiple times, and wrote couple of mails, always the same reaction. We will take care and you’ll get the refund. Nothing is happening though.
The instructors are highly knowledgeable, and their teaching methods are effective. I've seen significant improvement in my language skills since I started here.
