Hatte grade mein Cambridge FCE Exam dort und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Angestellten dort waren sehr nett und agierten professionell. Auch die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr modern dort.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Serviceleistung von Angebot bis Durchführung des Unterrichtes insuffizient. Termine werden nicht pünktlich und vollständig eingehalten, aber voll abgerechnet. Unterrichtsablauf unkoordiniert und unprofessionell - selten so eine schlechte Schulungsstätte erlebt.

Where I learned German 5 years ago from A1 until B2, and I speak it fluently now thanks to them. Very competent teachers and very engaging atmosphere. I had so much fun here it is unimaginable. Really a very unique experience, at least back in the day. Their exams are not recognised, but they give an indication of whether you are prepared for the real exam or not. Georg, if you see this review, it is me, Marwan from Egypt, the one who took your course in 2020 😁 I still remember you and the good old days we had here. I hope you are doing well bro 👊

I had a terrible experience with SF Education in Essen. The school’s organization and professionalism are shockingly poor. After enrolling and realizing how unprofessional the environment was, I decided to refund my B1 and B2 courses. I requested a refund on November 14, 2024, but I still haven’t received my money back, despite providing all required documents and following up multiple times. Their communication is terrible; emails and inquiries are ignored, and no effort has been made to resolve the situation. It’s clear that they prioritize money over their students’ satisfaction or well-being. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere at a school that actually cares about providing quality education and treating students with respect. This was such a bad experience that I had to cancel, and now I’m fighting just to get my own money back. Stay away from this school if you value your time and money!

Habe dort angerufen um nach einer Gast Prüfung zu Fragen und wurde dabei so abgefertigt, ich selbst arbeite mit Patienten und würde niemals in einem Gespräch einfach auflegen!!!! Sorry aber das geht mal garnicht, die Dame ist fehl am Platz!!!!!

I came in for an interview. I have a Masters degree in English Language teaching from a university in the US. I feel bad for anyone who would want to work with these people. I hope they are not all like the woman I had the utmost privilege to chat with today. Anyways, about the interview, I elaborated on my educational and vocational background and the areas I can contribute to the school. What really threw me off halfway was the interviewer's sense of professionalism and work ethics. She spoke vulgar and slur words. I was shocked by the experience. For someone running a language school, they should demonstrate professionalism and proper etiquette. She said "because we speak good English as teachers, we could teach students rubbish and they would believe us." I told her I don't know about you but I don't teach rubbish :-) Keep in mind, this is a job interview in an academic setting. All in all, I think it all went very well, I think I'll get the job ;-)
