Hatte grade mein Cambridge FCE Exam dort und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Angestellten dort waren sehr nett und agierten professionell. Auch die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr modern dort.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Serviceleistung von Angebot bis Durchführung des Unterrichtes insuffizient. Termine werden nicht pünktlich und vollständig eingehalten, aber voll abgerechnet. Unterrichtsablauf unkoordiniert und unprofessionell - selten so eine schlechte Schulungsstätte erlebt.

I am currently pursuing the A1 level of German at Rheinland School in Essen, and I am genuinely impressed by the exceptional teaching methods of both *Anastasia Ma’am and Toni Sir.* Their dedication, clarity, and passion for teaching create an ideal environment for language acquisition. *Anastasia Ma’am* has a remarkable ability to explain complex grammar in a simple and structured manner, which is incredibly helpful for beginners. Her patient and methodical approach makes the foundation of the language clear and strong. Toni Sir, on the other hand, places great emphasis on practical communication. His interactive sessions have significantly boosted my confidence in speaking German. It is rare to find such committed and inspiring educators. If I continue to learn under such guidance all the way to the C1 level, I am confident that my command of the German language will become truly fluent and professional. I am sincerely grateful to both teachers for their unwavering support and high-quality instruction.

I had a terrible experience with SF Education in Essen. The school’s organization and professionalism are shockingly poor. After enrolling and realizing how unprofessional the environment was, I decided to refund my B1 and B2 courses. I requested a refund on November 14, 2024, but I still haven’t received my money back, despite providing all required documents and following up multiple times. Their communication is terrible; emails and inquiries are ignored, and no effort has been made to resolve the situation. It’s clear that they prioritize money over their students’ satisfaction or well-being. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere at a school that actually cares about providing quality education and treating students with respect. This was such a bad experience that I had to cancel, and now I’m fighting just to get my own money back. Stay away from this school if you value your time and money!

Seit einigen Jahren führen wir mit FOKUS schon Sprachschulungen für unsere Mitarbeiter durch. Herr Y. Akbar bereitet unsere Mitarbeiter intensiv auf gemeinsam erarbeitet Anforderungen vor. Egal ob diese besser auf Englisch innerhalb unseres Unternehmens oder mit mit externen Partnern und Kunden sprechen sollen. Besonders toll ist die Zusammenarbeit mit Herrn Akbar, da er mit uns die Ziele und Inhalte erarbeitet. Diese sind meist sehr speziell und beinhalten Themenfelder, welche besonderes Vokabular erfordern. Hervorzuheben ist auch, daß Herr Akbar sich bei jedem Mitarbeiter wirklich Mühe gibt, daß er die entsprechenden Befähigungen auch tatsächlich erhält. Das geht dann über den gewöhnlichen Unterricht hinaus und hilft enorm. Herr Akbar ist auch sehr hilfreich, was Unterschiede in der geschäftlichen Kultur angeht - auch das vermittelt er sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen!
