Worst experience ever. They are disgrace in the name of food industry. According to them it's supposed to be fast food restaurant. To be true it's not fast food it's a zero hospitality restaurant with no respect to there customer. It was worst experience among Indian cuisine. Everything was pre cooked and served with just heating. Low quality of ingredients were used and were smelly. Worst customer service. It was just waste of money. They used pumpkin sauce cheap one by mentioning as it was cashews on palak paneer. We served better food to our household animal then this restaurant served to us
The restaurant was smelly and given the price we paid, the food tasted mediocre. Not to mention that I got food poisoning after eating here. Food was served 3-4 minutes after we placed our order which makes me think that they served old food.
The worst Indian restaurant in Heidelberg. They gave me MTR READY TO EAT - Muttar Paneer with cheap quality rice. Also, you are your own waiter here. The owners are very rude. Welcome to the world of Indian food poisoning in Germany. Not at all recommended. 👎👎👎👎👎
Please don’t make the same mistake of going there looking at the good ratings from years ago! This place is nothing like before anymore. Think of all the possibilities how a restaurant could be bad and it has all of them. Just don’t go there and you will thank me.
Absolutely bad. More like self service here. Waiters are just there for formality’s sake. No cutlery or napkins given. Food tasted horrible. WC taps had no water. Music was inappropriate. They don’t change sheets or wipe the tables after use. Refuse to accept card payment. There is not one thing that is right! They should shut their place down if they can’t afford to meet the basic standards of running a restaurant in Germany!
I had the best authentic Indian food here. Totally worth every euro you spend on. I tried freshly cooked paneer tikka masala with garlic naan. It’s a must try here.
Schade, das war nichts. Ich war heute in dem Restaurant. Restaurant ist eigentlich falsch. Indischer Imbiss trifft es besser. Man bekommt die Speisekarte und darf dann an der Theke bestellen. Wenn man sich dann die Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank geholt hat und man lieb fragt bekommt man sogar ein Glas für die Cola dazu. Das Essen wird einem dann an den Tisch gebracht. Leider hatte ich vergessen Besteck mitzunehmen. Das kann ich mir ja an der Theke …
Very boring and poor food! - No flavour or spice, just the most boring food you could get. I love Indian food and think it is the best cuisine in the world, but this food here is just not Indian cuisine. Don't bother eating here, totally not typical of Indian food. Food is edible, but you are unlikely to find such poor, boring, Indian cuisine anywhere.
