GoogleWir haben 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet. Bei mehrfachem Anruf ging niemand dran. Dann wurde mir auf Paypal kommentarlos mein Geld zurück erstattet. Sowas geht gar nicht und war wirklich sehr bedauerlich! Vor allem weil wir das Essen dort wirklich nur empfehlen können! Leckeres veganes Sushi! Wir werden es wieder versuchen und hoffen, dass so etwas nicht mehr vorkommt…

GoogleThe food was tasty and the portions were of decent size. However, the amount of meat on the plate was lacking and would not justify the price which was a bit over the top.

GoogleWe ordered a lot of food here. Then next day we went for a quick beer and lemonade and I asked for a little warm water. They had the nerve to charge me €3 for water from the tap!!! I had to leave to catch my train and wasn't able to question the person who charged me. But what a shame he turned what could have been a decent review from me because this was an awful experience. I do not recommend this place 😡 Very poor service and extortionate pricing of €3 for 1 cup of warm water when we ordered beer, lemonade and other things. Disgusted.

GoogleThe worst Pho i have ever tried. The soup is very light, very low quality, too much oil that you can’t enjoy the soup. I asked for green chilli and the waitress made such face that i am asking for something special without money. Very expensive with the food quality they offer. They just use good quality plates and dishes and make it look like expensive. The wantan and sommerroll was really good.

GoogleWas für ein wundervoller Abend! Wir waren das 1. Mal hier in diesem Restaurant vor ein paar Tagen und schwärmen immernoch davon. Das Essen was sehr gut, aber was uns in 1. Linie begeistert hat, ist das Ambiente (hell und freundlich und trotzdem Elemente um das traditionelle Flair einzubringen) und die Freundlichkeit und ehrliche Herzlichkeit des Gastronomen Gilbert! GoogleTerrible Experience - A Restaurant to Avoid! I recently had the misfortune of dining at Saffron heidelberg , and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I regretfully rate this establishment with a single star, as I cannot assign any lower rating to accurately depict my disappointment. To begin with, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested and lacked even the most basic courtesy. Moving on to the food, I can honestly say it was the worst culinary experience of my life. The Quantity was so less in mattar paneer and bhindi masala. I ordered it for 14.90€ and all i got was just some pinch of dish which was not enough and there was no complementry rice included. I went to so many indian restaurent and this was the worst restaurent i ever visit. Furthermore, they dont even know what naan and chapati actully is i ordered 3.50 euro naam and what i got is just papad which you cannot even bend. I cant even imagine to come restaurent like this again ever in my life. I strongly advice you guys to read every second review before going this restaurent.
