Extremely rude and unwelcoming sales people. Being from another country we were made to feel like we are being watched as if we would steal something. We entered by mistake one of the side displays and were scolded by the asian fellow infront of all the patrons even though there is no sign indicating that you cant enter there very embarrising to have the whole shop stare at you..., he kept on pointing to the sign saying "if you break you pay" lik…
Simon is an absolute gem and a true scholar of germany and what he sells. If you're looking for truly authentic souveniers, Simon is your man. Best left-handed guy I know, besides my fiance lol He has christmas pyramids handmade in Germany as well as ceramic handmade and hand painted steins, plus gorgeous nativity scenes. The shop two store down is selling similar products for over 4x the price
Great shop for authentic Bavarian souvenirs! Most items in the shop are hand made, hand painted and of excellent quality. Other souvenir shops in the surrounding area had lesser quality goods at higher prices. Simon was able to give us great historic information on just about every item in the shop and was an absolute joy to chat with! Herrmann Geschenke is a must stop shop if you are looking for authentic Bavarian souvenirs in Munich.
Souvenir selection is okay but customer service provided by Lura was atrocious. We paid for all our items and she handed us all but one and gave us a receipt. We thought she forgot to give us one item and asked for it. She became really rude and said “I’m not a robot, yet” in a very condescending manner. When we told her she was rude and we just asked a question, she became even more angry in her speech and manner. We suggest visiting other store…
Dieser Laden ist eine große Frechheit. Achtung!!! Genau den den Kassenzettel prüfen, es werden andere Preise im Laden berechnet als im Schaufenster stehen. (Die Preisschilder sind zudem total unverständlich auf den Produkten) Zudem ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich, Touristen werden hier definitiv über das Ohr gezogen. Kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen, am Marienplatz gibt es um einiges fairere Läden.
The sales exhibited the cuckoo clock and told me how to refund tax carefully in 2022 December. But she refused to test the product. It actually failed to trigger the cuckoo ring. I spent 110 euro dollars to fix it finally in my home country.
BECAREFUL! They’re thief!! The lady didn’t put all in the pocket what i bought from there! But they took all the money!!! There was an asian woman at the cashbox!!! She didn’t pit 2 magnets and 1 snowball in the bag.. but i paid for them!!
Best place to buy gifts, souvenirs and jewelry. Decent varieties of antique and ceramic gift options are available. Asia culture rich ceramic pots, mugs and vases are available too. Prices are decent and quality is good.
