Ich war mit zwei Kindern (wg. 1. Komunionskerze) dort. Die Beratung war super!! Die Damen haben sich für die Kinder sehr viel Zeit genommen und haben mit einer Engelsgeduld, alles erklärt, Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten besprochen, Alternativen aufgezeigt etc.. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert von diesem Engagement. Auch bei meinem darauffolgenden Einkauf dort wurde ich gut beraten. Ich kann dieses Geschäft nur weiterempfehlen!! Vielen Dank an alle Verkäuferinnen dort, ihr leistet eine tolle Arbeit. Nachtrag: war dieses Jahr (nach 4 Jahren) mit meinem zweiten Kind dort. Nach wie vor Top Beratung! Die Verkäuferin ging auf die Wünsche meines Kindes ein und gab ihr tolle Tipps. Weiter so!!

It looked nice and i was about to buy a few things until a member of the staff looked very annoyed and sigh out loud, rolling her eyes up, because i was in her way... Too bad she couldn't use her mouth to say something like Entschuldigung, she lost a client...

Simon is an absolute gem and a true scholar of germany and what he sells. If you're looking for truly authentic souveniers, Simon is your man. Best left-handed guy I know, besides my fiance lol He has christmas pyramids handmade in Germany as well as ceramic handmade and hand painted steins, plus gorgeous nativity scenes. The shop two store down is selling similar products for over 4x the price

Extremely rude and unwelcoming sales people. Being from another country we were made to feel like we are being watched as if we would steal something. We entered by mistake one of the side displays and were scolded by the asian fellow infront of all the patrons even though there is no sign indicating that you cant enter there very embarrising to have the whole shop stare at you..., he kept on pointing to the sign saying "if you break you pay" like a mad man. Very dissapounted we spent money here
