My car broke down and we took it here with a tow truck. They gave me a replacement vehicle for my broken vehicle. The vehicle they gave me was completely dirty. He had half a tank of gas. A week later, I returned the vehicle dirty again. As for gasoline, yes, there was maybe 10 LT missing from the tank. The next day they sent me an invoice for €300. The explanation was as follows; vehicle is dirty 152€ + Tax Gasoline 94.5€ + Tax In total: 292€. As a result of the objection, they "forcibly" canceled the cleaning fee. They didn't even know that they gave me the car dirty. They continued to ask for 2 tanks of gas for the vehicle I bought with half a tank of gas. And they told me that they gave me a discount for customer satisfaction. They said normally they should ask for 190€ for gasoline :) Thank you for your wonderful customer satisfaction.
