My car broke down and we took it here with a tow truck. They gave me a replacement vehicle for my broken vehicle. The vehicle they gave me was completely dirty. He had half a tank of gas. A week later, I returned the vehicle dirty again. As for gasoline, yes, there was maybe 10 LT missing from the tank. The next day they sent me an invoice for €300. Habe nun meinen ersten VOLVO und bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden 👍 Zuvorkommende freundliche Mitarbeiter gleich beim Empfang und anschließend super detaillierte Einweisung in das neue Fahrzeug 👍 Auch am nächsten Tag konnte ich die eine oder andere Frage noch telefonisch klären 😉 Bin sehr zufrieden, großes Dankeschön 👍
2 mal angerufen , obwohl mir versprochen wurde das sich zwecks Terminvereinbarung jemand bei mir meldet ,da mein Auto wegen geringer Motorleistung nicht mehr fahrtüchtig ist . 3 Tage gewartet und weder aus Regensburg noch aus Neumarkt Anruf bekommen . UNZUVERLÄSSIG . Habe andere Werkstatt aufgesucht die meine 3000 Euro eher braucht .
