Disgusting store. Terrible workers. I waited two weeks for insoles, as a result, I got the wrong size, although the employee asked what size I need and I told that all my shoes are 38. Maybe I wear a wrong size but what should I do? Buy 10 new pairs of shoes instead that I have?! There were no problem if I get the insoles the size that we discussed with the employee at the time of order. Moreover, the employee yelled at me when I asked “why did you order the wrong size despite the fact that we discussed what size I need?” Disgusting employees and zero customer orientation
