Ich kann das i Live in der Allersberger Straße nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich habe hier 3 sehr schöne Jahre gut und gerne gewohnt. Großes Glück war mir beschieden mit meinem Nachbarn, mit meinem unbefristeten Mietvertrag zu exzellenten Rahmenbedingungen und mit Frau Schneider als freundliche Ansprechpartnerin bei Fragen. Man wohnt hier direkt in der Stadtmitte. Durch die erstklassige thermische und akustische Isolierung bekommt man vom Straßenlärm (selbst im Erdgeschoss) wenig mit und hat es immer kuschelig warm. Danke an alle für alles. Anmerkung: Für Mieter empfehle ich Bestellungen lieber an einen Paketshop oder eine Filiale liefern zu lassen. Die sind gleich in der Nachbarschaft und so verschwindet auch keine Lieferung.

Die Zimmer sind ganz schön aber dauernd geht der Feueralarm an und man wird mitten in der Nacht geweckt weil schon wieder jemand was angezündet hat. Wartet dann ewig draußen bis die Polizei und Feuerwehr kommt und darf dann wieder rein. Das ist Routine. Also wer hier einziehen will soll sich gefasst machen auf das Ghetto Allersberger. 10. Aber wer auf Polizisten steht, sieht hier ganz oft welche!

Landlord at Humboldtstrasse 132, 4th Floor STOLE Our Deposit – HC24 Gave Up Helping Do not rent the apartment at Humboldtstrasse 132, 4th floor, Nuremberg through HC24. The landlord, Helmut Lederer, stole our entire 2-month deposit. It’s been over a year since we moved out, and he has refused to return the money, give any explanation, or even respond to dozens of emails and phone calls. The apartment was left in excellent condition. There was no damage, no justification – just silence. We went through HC24, who initially claimed they had worked with this landlord without any problems. At first, they tried to help, but after a few failed attempts, they gave up completely and left us alone to deal with a landlord who clearly has no intention of doing the right thing. This is theft, plain and simple.

I was very happy when I moved initially to this apartment, and Aladar and Mareike are very nice hausmasters. But when I left had very bad experience I was charged large amount of money for cleaning eventhough the construction was wrongly done in bathroom. When complained didn't get any response. Also I request the landlors/hausmasters not to charge someone without their consent. I wouldn't recommend this if you don't speak German also if you expect to get your whole deposit in return
