I purchased a health insurance policy from this company, and after several months I went to see a doctor for the first time. Following their instructions, I uploaded all the necessary documents through their extremely complicated and user-unfriendly app, including invoices and medical certificates. Then I received a completely confusing email saying I’m not eligible for a “premium refund” because my contract hasn’t reached 12 months. But I never applied for a premium refund — I just wanted to be reimbursed for a doctor visit, which should be covered under my plan. Their system is confusing, the communication is poor, and my first reimbursement experience was very frustrating. I hope others are aware of this before signing up.
