Vielen Dank AHG.

I would not recommend this dealer for pre-owned cars. This summer, I bought a Range Rover Velar SV Autobiography P550 from them. The sales person responsible for the car war very nice and entertained every question and also offered a test drive - we went all the way from Munich to Ballingen for this. Everything good so far! We finalized the deal and decided on delivery/pick-up date. we drove again all the way from Munich - just to be disappointed. As soon as we pick up the car, and drove out, the engine-check light came up. Since it was a Saturday and closing time for by midday, everyone left except one colleague from the new car sales department who resultantly provided us with a replacement car to go back to Munich. Apparently the Lambda sensor was faulty which they replaced and delivered the car later to Munich! Still all good so far - such things can happen. After owing the car for a few months, the same error appeared twice, costing me time to get this fixed. I wonder what kinda of inspection was carried out before selling the car to me. Emails to the salesman about the situation were not responded. However, the reason for this review is the fact that I was misinformed by the sales person about the winter tires. I had a range rover velar before, leasing car, for which I had bought a set of winter tires. One of the key reasons to go for another velar was the ability to reuse the existing tires because these are ultra expensive. I had specifically asked the salesman if my existing winter tires would fit the new range Rover Velar. When I went to see the car for the first time I drove in my old range Rover Velar to Ballingen - the salesman checked the tires and even clarified with someone within the dealership and confirmed that these tires would fit to my new car. Now I had an appointment with with my dealership in Munich for exchanging the set of tires, only to my surprise that the winter tires I had do not fit the Velar that I bought from from ahg; because the brake pads are too big. Upon calling ahg, I found out that the salesman has left the job there and they cannot do anything about it. I still believe it is their responsibility since I was dealing with the agency and not a private person. Because of this misinformation I am forced to buy another set of winter tires and can’t even get rid of the existing ones because nobody would buy them secondhand. This is an extremely uncomfortable situation for me financially. And thus, I will never recommend AG at least for pre-owned cars.
