Ich fühle mich bei Calumet sehr gut aufgehoben und kaufe dort immer wieder sehr gerne ein. Absolut empfehlenswert. 12.02.2025: Ich kann Calumet nach wie vor wärmstens empfehlen. Die Beratung ist sehr gut und man wird generell sehr gut betreut.

I don't need to listen any advices from a salesman especially about my payment method if it's successful. Your salesman (Rai... Bru..) even didn't pay attention what I was telling to him, confirmed two times that there is no order reached them, want me to send the other shop to buy an used lens. And following even without verification, he started to give a speech about other store and used lenses. I'm not poor mate, you and your sister company does not have a proper integration and it's YOUR companies fault, not mine.. Instead of apology, at the end. unwillingly they delivered my lens with another speech to buy in person, not online.. Please stay away, if you are a middle-east oriented person. Top most shamed day for me.. Note: I'm not speaking German, I don't need to and I don't have to speak German.

It was not promising to become smth unique to come to this photo studio and process the stupid new photos for ID. Meanwhile, Alessandro made my experience very unique providing both: the boring passport stuff and fancy portrait individual photo. He made my day. Als größere Firma benötigen wir nach jedem Kauf eine RECHNUNG. In unserem Online-Account sind die vielen Bestellungen aber nicht zu öffnen und auch keine Rechnung abrufbar. Jedes mal ein Theater bis wir die Rechnungen bekamen ! Das habe ich 1 Jahr lang moniert und x mal Emails geschrieben - ohne Abhilfe ! Sie schrieben, dass es jetzt funktioniert, aber das stimmte jedesmal nicht, dann habe ich deshalb den Account gelöscht und kaufe seit dem viel bei Foto Saut…. München vor Ort + Online ohne diese Probleme ! Die Fa. Foto-Express hat einen guten Kunden verloren, nur weil ihr EDV-Zuständige unfähig ist.
