Moved here and within a few days was talking with various housing people. Doris was the most helpful. Answered every question I had. All appointments have been made quick. Meetings with the landlord within a few days. Looked at the apartment. A very accurate description of it. Due to her previous work with housing she was knowledgeable about policies. Would recommend. Makes everything very easy and understandable. Note: My phone was having issues cutting out when I was having convesations with her. She had to repeat a lot. Still professionally answered my questions. Bookoo is where I found her listings. A note about bookoo. It is sometimes hit or miss on connectivity. Make sure to ask for contact info in case bookoo goes down.

Sehr erfahrener Makler, stehts erreichbar! Habe Herrn Strasser beim Kauf vom eigenen Haus und Verkauf vom Elternhaus in Anspruch genommen. Er weiß was zu tun ist und nimmt einem sämtliche Behörden Gänge ab. Ein erfahrener " Alter Hase "! Ein Unikat :-)

Als Mieter war ich ein mal zur Miete und werde es nie wieder sein. Wenn man nicht ignoriert wird, wird man sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Es wird nur das nötigste gemacht wofür sie rechtlich verpflichtet sind und nicht mehr. Ein entgegenkommen bei Problemen findet nicht statt. Sachen die bei der alten Hausmeisterverwaltung möglich waren werden nicht gemacht.
