Habe mir dort einen gebrauchten X1 gekauft. Der Kundenservice, die Kaufabwicklung, die Freundlichkeit und der Empfang waren einfach nur super. Beim nächsten BMW schaue ich zuerst bei euch vorbei, etwas Auswahl habt ihr ja ;)

In a used car for sale, which on the BMW website the price was € 25,499.00 and after communication that my representative had with them, they sent me a written offer with the price and features of the car. When I agreed and accepted to buy it, they suddenly changed the price + € 3,000.00 and told me that now the price is € 28,499.00. The excuse was that they had the wrong price, while the car was on the official website at least 2 days before the agreement. After we have communicated and they have committed that I should respond immediately if I want to buy it, as soon as I agreed they asked for an additional €3,000.00. Unacceptable behavior for an official BMW distributor. You cannot trust such a seller who changes the price after the agreement and misleads buyers.
