I sent them an email a couple of months ago but they have not responded yet. Also, when I poped up the office, I found their approach was not kind. What I feel is that if you do not speak German language, they do not care you. Update: You can double check, you will see my email sent on July 28. If you wish, I can send you the screenshot. By the way, I appreciate your reply. However, your staff should be trained based on 100% customer satisfaction. When I came to your office, I would be glad to be invited and taken seriously.
