Better once in a while a rat in my garden, than paying for a totally unreliable service. Having a larger garden and not being home every time when service team arrived - we had the grown understanding (over 2 years) that the service person would enter the garden on his own and service the multiple traps/poison containers. I lately learned that I received service messages in my postbox - but nobody has been in the garden to do the service. As I do not like being my trust to be dishonored and misused - I did cancel the service agreement. Way and wording of the company has been totally inadequate. Blaming employees is not the way of solving issues. Certainly does not meet my rather hanseatic business manner. I highly recommend to be present when there is a scheduled service!
