Bought a Mazda 6(2.2 skyactive 175HP 2015) in November 2022, with a dealers guarantee for 1 year. The appeared fine at the time. First problem was in April 2023 with the wheels, specifically the rims that i got from them, they were all scratched up. I could not see this when i bought the car because they were already in plastic bags and in my trunk, didn't even think to look at them until i had to change them. Later in April, i got a warning on my car dashboard to get the car checked (can't remember what it was exactly). I got a termin on 10.05.2023, left my car with them and here begins the agony. First, i was told 2-3 weeks. After giving them a call after 4 weeks, they said its not finished yet. I started calling every week after just for some updates, which i didn't get from them. After 8 weeks, the car was finally finished, i go pick it up and start driving home and the DPF warning comes on after about 30km. Back to the service, they "fixed" it. About 40km later, DPF comes on again and at this point it was too late to go back to the service. This was a recurring issue, i returned the car 5 times to the service!!! In total, i didn't have my car from the 10.05.2023 to 18.08.2023. After the 3rd or 4th visit, i got really frustrated because the car is on financing and the bank doesn't care if i have it or not. Also, the insurance company doesn't care if i drive it or not. So, Herr Bilal (the manager) was talking to me and offered the next car service for free, stating it would cost around 500-600 euros. To my great surprise today 07.11.2023, after waiting 3 weeks for a service appointment, the cost is only 330 euros and it is just an oil and oil filter change. Herr Bilal lied to me, i don't understand why, he is the manager and he is supposed to set an example for the other employees there. To summarize, they sold me a car with a defect present at the time of buying, scratched rims, dragged me for 3 months to repair whatever was damaged( i still didn't receive a single document regarding the repairs) and i lost a bunch of money, 3 monthly payments for the car and insurance. All in all, you should avoid this place. UPDATE: Asked for documentation regarding the repairs that lasted 3 months. This is what i got. Very professional. UPDATE 2025: Engine blown. The dealership agreed for a new engine because it was their fault that the engine block now had a whole in it because the prior repairs have not been done correctly, a bolt was not tightened enough. The repairs started in February. My car should have been finished 2 weeks ago but the amount of "excuses" from the manager are getting unbelievable. Again, very unprofessional, irritating and irresponsible, not a single thing has changed from my previous review.

Habe eine Lofttür und zwei Duschabtrennungen von Glasbau Brehm machen lassen. Ich habe schnell einen Termin für ein Vorortgespräch bekommen und zuverlässig kam Herr Brehm auch an diesem Tag. Ich wurde super beraten, da der Platz im Kinderbad für die Duschabtrennung begrenzt ist hat mir Herr Brehm die optimale Lösung für uns vorgeschlagen. Auch bei den anderen beiden Sachen hat er mir stilvolle Vorschläge zur Gestaltung gegeben. Ein paar Tage nach dem Termin hatte ich auch die Angebote, welche preislich fair waren. Nachdem alles bestallt war hat man sich dann bei mir gemeldet um einen Termin zur Montage auszumachen und auch dieser wurde zuverlässig und pünktlich eingehalten. Die Qualität der Arbeit ist echt der Hammer und auch der Arbeitsplatz wurde sauber von den Monteuren wieder verlassen. Es gibt echt nichts negatives, was ich über diese Firma sagen kann. Ein absolut positives Erlebnis und ich werde Glasbau Brehm auf jeden Fall meinen Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen.
