This is a 5-star review, but I must state that I HAD an issue with their product. But my experience with the final resolution easily offset any negatives I've had before that. First I purchased Eiswolf AIO for my GPU and had a lot of problems with it. There was brown gunk in the waterblock, there was dying pump, there was shipping damage. All these were individual cases I had to resolve through RMA (I had to pay for shipping, which is not ideal of course). I think I had to send the AIO back 4 times in the span of a year or so. At some point I just had to return the AIO and get my money back. Which I immediately spent on purchasing stuff for a custom loop. Same waterblock for GPU, because I really liked it. Bigger radiator, a pump with reservoir, CPU waterblock - the whole shebang, all from Alphacool. Everything is just so well made. All the tubes and fittings go smoothly, everything is quite heavy. It was a joy to build the loop. It has been a year on this loop and I am really happy with it. So, to summarize - Eiswolf AIO is an exception, a design disaster that really doesn't reflect the quality of the product these guys are making.

Ich habe mich für das AIO System Eiswolf und Eisbaer entschieden. Eiswolf läuft seit einem halben Jahr und Eisbaer jetzt dazugekauft. Die Bitte um Info wie man die beiden Systeme miteinander verbindet wurde ignoriert bzw. mit allgemeinen Anleitungen beantwortet. Eine Vergilbung auf dem, wie schon erwähnt halbem Jahr alten Eiswolf, wird auf Kosten des Käufers abgewickelt. Wie will man mit so einem Kundenumgang bei einem Luxusartikel im Geschäft bleiben? Ich jedenfalls nehme diese schlechte Erfahrung mit... Ein Stern dafür das es grundsätzlich funktioniert, aber auch hier: Wieso sind die Lüfter nur auf einer Seite beleuchtet, sodass keine Push-Pull Konfiguration möglich ist...
