I gave them 5 star rating for the deal just next day the bmw 118i Premium Selection 2021 model certified car came up with a mechanical issue and was reported to them on jan 09 (purchased on jan 08) Its march 29 and after making me run for 7 service visits and one pick up from them they now held the car for more than 3 weeks to diagnose the issue without proper informarion and description of problem. They could not figure at all why the car is always driting towards right. Premium Selection 360* degree check as claimed by them is not helpful in this case. I totally not recommend Autohofmann, had a very bad experience and would never suggest someone especially Pfaffenhofen branch. Same old late responses and no firm and proper problem solving response just delaying Good luck if you purchase here :(
