Ich kann die Inlingua Schule in Abensberg jedem empfehlen. Tolle Lehrerinnen -> Inna, Zlata Susanne und sehr nette Sekretärinnen, die immer gerne helfen. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist mir Frau Susanne F.😍❤️, die ihren Beruf hervorragend beherrscht und ihr Wissen jedem vermitteln kann. Ich erinnere mich sehr gern an jede Unterrichtsstunde.Ich möchte auch hinzufügen, dass ich nicht online gelernt habe, sondern zum Unterricht zur Schule gependelt bin und wir auch über WhatsApp guten Kontakt mit den Lehrern hatten. I would not recommend this language school. My experience was disappointing right from the start. I contacted them to schedule a placement test for the integration course, and while the initial phone conversation went smoothly, I was told I would receive an email confirmation for my appointment. However, when I didn’t receive it, I called back the next day to follow up. This time, Katherine answered the phone. I began speaking in English, as I thought that was reasonable when contacting a language school, only for her to rudely interrupt me with, “You are in Germany, first ask if I speak English.” This response felt unnecessarily hostile, especially given the nature of the school. After that, when I politely asked about the email confirmation, she arrogantly replied, “Why should I send you an email? Your appointment is confirmed, please write it down somewhere.” This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Politeness and clear communication should be standard, especially for a school that works with language learners. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this school to others.
