I would not recommend this language school. My experience was disappointing right from the start. I contacted them to schedule a placement test for the integration course, and while the initial phone conversation went smoothly, I was told I would receive an email confirmation for my appointment. However, when I didn’t receive it, I called back the next day to follow up. This time, Katherine answered the phone. I began speaking in English, as I thought that was reasonable when contacting a language school, only for her to rudely interrupt me with, “You are in Germany, first ask if I speak English.” This response felt unnecessarily hostile, especially given the nature of the school. After that, when I politely asked about the email confirmation, she arrogantly replied, “Why should I send you an email? Your appointment is confirmed, please write it down somewhere.” This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Politeness and clear communication should be standard, especially for a school that works with language learners. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this school to others.
