I just moved in, first for a 3 room, I was given only one entrance key. 2nd the rooms in the house has no keys. I complained and till date nothing is done. My entrance bell and door bell doesn't work, all my packages are being sent back despite me being at home because the bell doesn't work. I have complained and nothing is done. I was bringing in my furniture and the elevator didn't fit, I asked for the number of the Housemaster so he could open the elevator, I received no reply by email, I went 3 times to their office and was told, I had to make an appointment 3 days ahead which I explained to I already sent a mail 3 days ago to that effect. While the lady at the reception really tried helping but the bureaucracy was too much for her to navigate successfully. Well the next morning, the Couch is now missing. 500 euro gone just like that and noone is saying anything. I do not even know where the refuse disposal site is, noone showed me, tried to look for but couldn't find it. It's been regrets all the way and they don't give a shit
