Super zufrieden! Der Herr Oehlschlaeger ist die beste Verkaufsbegleitung und der beste Ansprechpartner den ich seit langen hatte. Super kompetent, überhaupt nicht aufdringlich und schafft ein super Ambiente das man sich wohlfühlt. Die Probefahrt hat auch ohne Probleme geklappt. Unfortunately bad experience with Gebrauchtwagen team. I had reserved a Used car until Tuesday, and had called on Monday and requested additional details. Employee said she will send them soon, and I called many times again Monday and Tuesday, despite many calls and emails no response. I called B&K customer care on Tuesday and they said the car is still have a note that it is reserved but they cannot see for whom. Customer care said they hope it was for me as employee had agreed for reserving. I called again on Wednesday but no response to any email or calls. And today on Thursday the employee writes email saying the car was "Unfortunately sold on day before yesterday by her colleague". How can the car be sold if it was reserved? If the employee needs more time to clarify details, then they should extend the reservation or say we have other buyer. Without giving intimation about reservation, the team sold the car to someone else. Very bad customer and reservation handling.
