I recently won an auction at the Copart branch in Dortmund, but unfortunately, I decided to leave the car and not proceed with the purchase due to the poor treatment I received from the staff. I was treated very poorly, starting from the gate all the way to the moment I inspected the car. The staff spoke to me and gave me orders as if I were in the Soviet army. Another unfortunate issue was that while inspecting the car, I was watched so closely that it felt as though they suspected I was trying to steal it. I truly hope for better treatment in the future.
