Ich hatte eine fantastische Erfahrung im Küchenstudio! Besonders möchte ich Herrn Strohmeyer hervorheben, der mich hervorragend beraten hat. Seine Fachkenntnisse und sein Engagement haben mir sehr geholfen, die perfekte Küche zu finden. Herr Strohmeyer nahm sich die Zeit, all meine Fragen zu beantworten und hat großartige Ideen eingebracht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner neuen Küche und kann dieses Studio wärmstens empfehlen!

Terrible terrible installation experience. Just to tell you the timeline: the kitchen first installation starts on December 2023, they forgot something and came again on March 2024. During the time, luckily we were able to find there is no switch for the LED light of the kitchen, and then they came again in May. This already takes half year just to complete installation. I moved in later in May, and found the dishwasher was not running at all, it’s clearly that there is no power connection, but I couldn’t see the socket easily. I asked them to check but they refused to come because I already signed that everything was complete, and they say they never had the mistake. How arrogant! But you only know things when you start using it…. After one week battle with them, I finally found out indeed the socket of dishwasher is not plugged in, together with the help of neighbours and after removing some parts of the kitchen in order to see the socket! Really unsatisfied installation experience and customer service!
