Absolutely terrible experience. After waiting 3 months for an appointment of Dr Bugra Karahan, my husband arrived early, completed the required form, and still waited 45 minutes past the scheduled time—even though this was the first appointment of the day. How does that even happen? Then they told him to fill out the same form again or he wouldn’t be allowed to see the doctor. Despite already submitting it, they refused and ultimately cancelled the appointment. Completely unprofessional staff, zero respect for patients’ time, and shockingly poor organization. Avoid this clinic.
