Ik heb Adobe Premiere Elements besteld en betaald, maar de installatie ervan liep vast. Na een medewerker te hebben gebeld kreeg ik twee opschoonbestanden (denk ik, ik weet er te weinig van) toegezonden, welke ik heb geïnstalleerd en uitgevoerd. Meteen kon ik het pakket wél installeren. Kijk, daar hou ik van! Mensen die verstand hebben van de producten die ze verkopen, en de problemen waar digibeten als ik tegenaan lopen, en het dan allervriendel…
