Very professional communication and dealing, quick and straight forward. The staff also spoke English. Every step of the process and needed documentation shared via email. I recommend printing out and filling in the Anamnesebogen in advance - otherwise you will have to fill it in on paper in the pharmacy. That will take additional time.
