Hier wird die Notlage der Menschen durch wucherpreise ausgenutzt! Ihr könnt richtig stolz auf euch sein Menschen die krank sind auf diese Art aufzunehmen. Ich habe heute 15.01.23 - 2 nicht verschreibungspflichtige Tabletten dort gekauft und musste 45€ zahlen. Bei jeder anderen Apotheke wäre man so bei 15 bis 20€ gewesen, online wäre man so bei 7 bis 13€ gewesen. Aber man nahm mit 45€ ab!

I don't want to edit my original review and there is no way to reply to the response so I will leave another one here. For the record, I never got my results and is been one month. There is no acceptable excuse for this but a complete lack of professionalism from this pharmacy. Do not risk it if you have to use your test results urgently. As I said, I paid 139 euros at the airport to redo the test. Add that to over 100 euros that I paid for taxi …

Ich war schon häufig hier um einen Schnelltest zu machen oder Medikamente zu kaufen. Ich habe mich immer wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Tests werden in zuverlässig durchgeführt und die Wartezeiten sind bei gebuchten Termin kurz 👍🏼

I usually don't want to leave negative reviews knowing how bad reputation can affect a business. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews are true. Please do not rely on this pharmacy especially for the PCR test. I did the test on Saturday and the woman repeatedly assured me I will have it on Sunday. Is Monday after and I don't have it. This was the worst experience of my life. We were tourist in Germany and went for a PCR test as recommended by the Tourist Information counter (Frauds). The test was highly charged and all three of us were reported CORONA POSITIVE. None of us had any symptom or anything. Then as recommended by our travel guide we did a rapid test ourselves the same evening and were tested NEGATIVE. Post that we went to Frankfurt airport and tested ourselves again…

Heute einen Schnelltest in der City-Apotheke gebucht: Mit dem Testkit wurde etwas auf und unter der Zunge rumgerührt. Eine fachgerechte Probenentnahme an der Rachenwand fand nicht statt.
