Bad customer service, had to write twice in 1 week to get a response. My package, that I bought online, was left in the sun with 36°C (supposed to be kept at 25°C) for many hours as there was no advice written on the box such as "medicines: keep cool and dry". They told me that it was ok (we are talking about pregnancy supplement!) but I had to throw it. Waste of time and money!

Die Lieferung kam nach langem Hin und Her an, daher nun 2 Sterne. Der ganze Umstand war aber nervig, daher 3 Sterne Abzug.

Achtung Betrug! Verschickt verfälschte Ware! Voltaren Gel 23,2mg bestellt und 20mg Dosierung erhalten! Hier wurde mit selbstgebastelten Etiketten die Verpackung, sowie die Tube selbst überklebt und gefälscht. Das ist ganz klar strafbarer Betrug und wir werden Strafanzeige bei der Staatsanwaltschaft stellen!

Dont know why the other 2 snowflakes gave one star. I ordered twice, got name brand products, with low shipping cost. Only took about 8 days shipping to the USA.
