I stayed in the hostel with my friends and we had a really great time. The rooms are clean, confortable and warm and the reception is nice and available. I would definitely recommend it

I stayed here back in Apr. 2024. The room was generally alright, except for there being blood stains on my pillow (not the pillow case, but the pillow itself), and the floors were quite dirty. It wasn't like the floors were a biohazard, I didn't see any mold, but just generally a lot of dirt, especially in the corners.
There was no place to securely store your luggage. They have a closet of sorts near the front desk that you can put your luggage…

Bin zum 2. Mal hier gewesen und es ist immer wieder schön hier. Saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter*innen in jeder Abteilung des Hostels (angefangen bei der Rezeption bis hin zum HSK) und eine tolle Lage. Solides Hostel mit sauberem Zimmer. Wir hatten genug Platz, schön war auch, dass das WC getrennt war vom Badezimmer. Zentral gelegen neben dem Bahnhof, bei geschlossenem Fenster war es auch nicht zu laut.
Einziges Manko: Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei ungemachten Betten. Das fanden wir sehr merkwürdig und kennen es aus anderen Hotels und Hostels anders.

Hotel za nie wielkie pieniądze, więc też nie można spodziewać się szału. Ale w pokoju czysto schludnie I świeżo. Widok z okna w naszym przypadku na peron ale dla niektórych to plus jeżeli chodzi o bliskość co do komunikacji. Blisko centrum do okoła sklepy i restauracje. Obsługa miła I bardzo pomocna śniadania skromne ale każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie.

Yesterday, I went to the reception in the afternoon 12pm asking for my reservation and one gay come from
The Office present himself as General manager Omar . And I show him my Booking
Reservation and he check on the system and there was. Nothing , the i say to him what I can do he responds me I have to make a new reservation at the reception and pay one more time ! This is really weird , but then he comes to me and offered me lower price on cash …
The guy from the reception: Omar came this morning to my room screaming to everyone asking for reservations! I understand that it’s his job clearify who it’s supposed be at the room and everything but 1st of all your braking in the room at 10:12 am that’s not the check out time ! 2nd , it’s not the way to ask for reservations s ! it’s really uncomprehensive I book 3 nights on the booking app and for some reason the payment didn’t went trough and now he says that I’m banned from the hostel when I allways pay for all my expenses I make another reservation trough the hotel website and he comes and says you have to leave the hotel cuz your banned ? Where it’s my money for the next days ? You send me out when I just pay for New 9 days 🤦♂️
