I was excited when I started my treatment. The doctor and her husband were nice and friendly. After my braces were removed, I had a few back teeth that did not touch and she wanted to file them down or pay more money to have the braces on another year. I went to another orthodontist because I had lost trust. I was also surprised by the payment we had to make for paying monthly. Get everything in writing. The parking was terrible also.
