The poor evaluation by Yuri U. with false claims after only one telephone call damages our reputation. This is what happened to Dr. Mochimaru (Japan) in a similar way, who diagnosed progression of cavities (and not caries). He also received a 1-star rating for it. We have had another 1-star hate comment deleted that came from her husband or friend that we never spoke to.

Answer: Doctor Yang provides orthodontic services for the Ramstein, Kaiserslautern, Baumholder and Wiesbaden communities since 25 years. She is a Tricare preferred provider. Doctor Yang rejected Yuri U. because Yuri U. wanted to dictate the treatment method.

Answer: We don't have Invisalign and don't offer it. We reject all blackmail.

Answer 1: Yuri. U. wanted to have a 10-year-old retainer that had broken several times repaired by others. We don't do that. In such cases, we fit a new retainer with warranty. We will offset the insurance charge.
Answer 2: The retainer has been repaired multiple times and therefore is susceptible to mechanical stress e.g. during (professional) tooth cleaning. It may break again.
We kindly asked her to consult with some other office. We asked Yuri U. to delete her post with dissemination of false factual claims and fraud allegations.
