Rudeeee staffff. They screamed and cursed us out, they used VERY inappropriate language. They even threatened us! The staff-memeber who screamed at us lied about the rules and told us that it was not allowed to visit other bedrooms after 22:00. And we found bugs in the food (morning buffet).

Our team treats all guests with professionalism and respect. In your case, our staff politely asked you multiple times not to take complimentary beverages without permission. At no point did anyone scream or use inappropriate language.
Regarding your claim about bugs in the food, we can confidently state that this is completely false. Our kitchen and buffet areas adhere to strict hygiene regulations and are regularly inspected. No other guest (especially of your big group) has reported any such issue.
As for the elevator, it was fully operational during your stay. If there had been any temporary issue, our team would have addressed it immediately.
We welcome constructive feedback, but we cannot allow false accusations to go unchallenged.

Very rude staff members. The elevators weren't working throughout the entire trip. The food in the breakfast buffet gave me food poisoning. The staff claims that we are lying but there is no truth in that. We were cursed out and we never took any beverages as that is an accusation that is completely false. Book rooms at your own risk

Your claim about food poisoning is unfounded. We follow strict hygiene and safety standards, and no other guests reported any issues. Additionally, our breakfast buffet is regularly inspected to ensure the highest quality.
Regarding the elevators, they were fully functional during your stay. If there had been a temporary issue, our team would have resolved it promptly.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, man läuft nur eine Minute zur U-Bahn. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig.
Der Service ist sehr gut, alle Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The Staff were very unproffesional, cussing infront of children and being very angry over minor issues, Tv Also doesnt work. Cards often do not work and have issues, elevator can be tricky to deal with
